Gairnshiel Cottage features total control central heating and full double glazing. Electricity is included in the weekly rental price. The pressurised water system provides excellent showers. There is a pay telephone on the premises.
We ask that guests do not smoke in the cottage and pets are not permitted.
The entrance hallway leads into an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with patio doors to the rear garden.
The living area features a Nicam stereo/Teletext television, video player, CD player and DVD player.
The kitchen equipment includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Off the entrance hallway on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with built in wardrobe.
Stairs inside the front door lead to the first floor, where there are a further two bedrooms off a small landing, one with double bed and en-suite, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and skylight windows.
All bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.
